Your Responsibilities
- Drive high‑impact strategic and transformation projects across AT&S’ global business areas (Mobile Devices & Substrates, Automotive & Aerospace, Industrial, Medical, High‑Performance Computing for AI)
- Shape the future of the semiconductor ecosystem by working on cutting‑edge topics in IC substrates, advanced packaging, and AI‑driven electronics
- Act as an internal management consultant: structure complex challenges, design strategies, and lead implementation to deliver measurable business results
- Work on global, cross‑functional initiatives spanning innovation, operational excellence, organizational transformation, and technology‑driven growth
- Collaborate with senior leaders and international teams across Austria, China, India, Malaysia, and beyond
- Apply advanced analytics and GenAI tools to elevate problem‑solving, scenario modeling, and decision support
- Gain deep technical understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and high‑end substrate technologies while driving strategic change

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Beratung und Unterstützung als SAP Inhouse Consultant mit Fokus auf SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) und SAP Datasphere
- Konzeption, Entwicklung und Implementierung von BI- und Reporting-Lösungen zur datenbasierten Entscheidungsfindung
- Integration und Harmonisierung von Daten aus S/4HANA und anderen ERP-Systemen auf MS SQL-Basis
- Erstellung und Optimierung von Planungsmodellen sowie Unterstützung bei deren Implementierung
- Entwicklung und Wartung von CDS-Views zur effizienten Datenbereitstellung
- Durchführung von Machbarkeitsanalysen und Anforderungsmanagement in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen
- Unterstützung und Schulung von Anwender*innen zur optimalen Nutzung der BI-Tools
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern zur Weiterentwicklung der SAP BI-Landschaft
