Ihre Aufgaben:
- Weiterentwicklung der Office 365 Plattform, im Speziellen MS Teams und SharePoint Online Basis
- Planung und Ausstattung der Meetingräume mit Equipment auf Basis von Microsoft Teams Room System
- regelmäßige Abstimmungen mit Service Managern für SharePoint Applikationen
- zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Anwender:innen, Fachabteilungen und dem Implementierungsteam
- Übersetzung der fachlichen Anforderungen in konkrete, technisch umsetzbare Lösungskonzepte und Begleitung von Nutzer:innen während des gesamten Prozesses

Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and enable governance for portfolio decision forums to ensure audit-proof decisions and execution follow-through by managing agendas, decision logs, minutes, and action tracking
- Deliver consolidated portfolio insights to enhance visibility on project status, risks, dependencies, and resource conflicts using dashboards, KPIs, and executive-ready reporting
- Support scoring-based prioritization processes to promote consistent, data-driven decision-making by preparing scoring inputs, validating data, and documenting outcomes
- Maintain high-quality portfolio data to ensure a reliable single source of truth by enforcing data completeness, taxonomy standards, and regular quality checks in ServiceNow SPM and related systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the SPPM operating model by maintaining templates, supporting maturity assessments, and rolling out standards across PMO communities
- Support benefit tracking and value realization through structured documentation and reporting activities
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven productivity improvements in portfolio processes while ensuring proper validation and governance

Your Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate the preparation of the consolidated sustainability statement, ensuring timely completion and compliance with CSRD and ESRS requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to collect, consolidate, and draft ESG-related content in alignment with internal stakeholders, reporting agencies, and auditors
- Review ESG-related contracts and business ethics agreements, acting as a sparring partner for legal and other departments
- Ensure compliance with conflict minerals regulations, including preparation of key figures, RMI reporting (CMRT, EMRT), and maintenance of smelter data
- Act as the central contact point for ESG topics, supporting internal and external stakeholders with accurate and up-to-date information
- Coordinate and manage ESG reporting platforms (e.g., CDP, EcoVadis, IntegrityNext), including data updates, inquiries, and access management
- Develop and optimize ESG processes, tools, and systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Analyze and evaluate ESG programs, projects, and customer requests, while supporting group-wide sustainability initiatives and best practice sharing
