- Specify required tools (SOW) and related tooling, perform supplier evaluations, and ensure alignment with plant requirements
- Define and select suitable process tools and tooling, including CAPEX verification, to support robust machine usage
- Enable equipment installation, qualification, process setup, and training for shift engineering, maintenance technicians, and operators
- Apply process control and documentation standards (PI, Checklists, ORPs, CPs) and ensure up-to-date process change management
- Drive supplier development, screen potential new suppliers, and implement continuous process/machine improvements to meet efficiency and cost targets
- Support new product ramp-ups, transition into high-volume manufacturing, and lead task forces or working groups for effective troubleshooting and prevention

- Lead Strategic Workstreams: Design, plan, and execute multiple strategic workstreams aligned with company priorities (e.g., operational improvements, organizational transformation, innovation management, strategy design and implementation)
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to gather insights, align objectives, and ensure successful implementation
- Problem Solving & Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses and develop robust business cases—including business models and scenario planning—to provide data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making
- Project Management: Ensure timely delivery of workstream milestones, manage risks, and track progress using appropriate tools and methodologies
- Change Management: Support communication and change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of strategic initiatives across the organization
- Reporting & Presentations: Prepare high-impact presentations and reports for executive leadership and board-level discussions
