- Erstellung interner Auswertungen und Reportings
- Prüfung und Abstimmung von Steuermeldungen
- Vorbereitung von Unterlagen und Begleitung von Betriebs- und Wirtschaftsprüfungen
- Unterstützung bei der CashPlanung, Kostenstellenrechnung und Planungsrechnung des Unternehmens

Finanzplanung: Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Steuerung unserer Budget- und Forecast-Pläne in enger Abstimmung mit dem Finance Controller. Flächenoptimierung: Sie entwickeln und setzen Standortkonzepte um, um unsere Büroflächen effizienter zu gestalten (inklusive Instandhaltungsplanung). Qualitätskontrolle (FM): Sie überwachen und steuern die Leistung unserer externen Facility-Management-Partner und stellen die Servicequalität sicher.
