Your Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate 8D processes for customer complaints, ensuring timely submission and effective corrective actions
- Act as the single point of contact for customers regarding quality-related topics and inquiries
- Conduct root cause analyses and provide rapid on-site support (within 48 hours when required)
- Maintain continuous communication with customers or AQM for complaints, deviations, and general requests
- Support global AT&S sites in complaint handling and align with local customer requirements
- Train and guide internal teams on customer-specific quality standards and reject analysis
- Represent the company during customer visits, audits, and quality discussions
- Monitor, report, and ensure completion of quality actions, including documentation and certification (e.g. EN10204)

Deine Aufgaben:
- Werkstoffbearbeitung - Du lernst, metallische Werkstoffe sowohl händisch als auch mit Maschinen fachgerecht zu bearbeiten. Dabei geht es unter anderem um das Zuschneiden, das Formen und die Behandlung der Oberfläche.
- Schweißtechnik - Du führst verschiedene Schweißverfahren wie MIG, MAG oder WIG an unterschiedlichen Metallen durch und verbindest Bauteile präzise und sicher.
- Qualitätssicherung - Du kontrollierst die Schweißnähte, erkennst Fehler und lernst, diese fachgerecht zu beheben. Auch die Nachbehandlung der Schweißverbindungen gehört zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.

Deine Aufgaben:
- Mechanischer Zusammenbau von Baugruppen & Anlagenteilen nach Zeichnung
- Präzise Montage- und Einstellarbeiten, inkl. Metall- und Maschinenbauverfahren sowie einfachen Schweißtätigkeiten
- Gebäudetechnische Montagen (Dübeltechniken, Durchbrüche, Wandmontagen)
- Montagen vor Ort bei internationalen Kunden (erfordert ca. 10-20% Reisebereitschaft)
