Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie verantworten das Risikomanagement innerhalb der group-IT Gruppe, welches integraler Bestandteil unseres integrierten Managementsystems (ISMS, Internes Kontrollsystem, Prozess-, Qualitäts-, Kennzahlen-, Maßnahmen- sowie Auditmanagement) ist
- In unserem zentralen Managementsystem-Tool dokumentieren und entwickeln Sie den gruppenweiten Risikokatalog weiter und stellen dessen Aktualität und Vollständigkeit sicher
- Sie unterstützen die Fachbereiche bei der Erstellung und Pflege bereichsspezifischer Risikokataloge (z. IT-, HR-, Finanz-Risiken)
- Sie koordinieren und moderieren Risikobewertungen und Abstimmungstermine mit Expert:innen aus den Fachabteilungen sowie mit den group-IT Führungskräften
- Sie stimmen sich regelmäßig mit dem konzernalen Enterprise Risk Management ab und tragen zur gruppenweiten Harmonisierung der Risikosteuerung bei
- Sie erstellen den jährlichen Risikobericht und berichten diesen an die group-IT Geschäftsleitung und das gesamte Leadership Team
- Sie bereiten Schulungsunterlagen auf und führen bei Bedarf selbst Schulungen zur Anwendung des Risikomanagementsystems durch

- Coordinate with IT-departments and IT employees, including audit participants and external auditors
- Monitor and document audit findings and non-conformities, and report the status of non-conformities and corrective actions to IT management
- Prepare and train audit participants on audit expectations and procedures
