ring(tasks)
- Designing and automating the existing IT application/infrastructure
- Planning and configuring IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms in the cloud (MS Azure, AWS)
- Monitoring applications and managing CI/CD pipelines
- Ensuring operation and further development of the DevOps toolchain (Docker, OpenTofu, AzDevOps, Bamboo …)
- Acting as an interface between internal departments (Development and Operations)

YOU WANT TO
- Further develop and maintain smaXtec's web and cloud system (using Docker/Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform)
- Preprocess, store and provide data for efficient analysis (using PostgreSQL, MQTT, Kafka, Redis) and visualization in our web and mobile application (using Firestore)
- Connect IoT devices all over the world (using LoRa and Chirpstack)
- Create and maintain metrics and alerts to improve system observability

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and providing expert guidance on IT process improvement strategies and methodologies -
Analysis of business processes and identification of improvement potentials -
Actively engages in the gathering and initial analysis of requirements, working under the guidance of the IT Lead Business Analyst to ensure alignment with business needs -
Supports stakeholder management by acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the IT team, facilitating communication and understanding of stakeholder needs -
Support in knowledge management and training -
