- Erstellen von Modellen und Zeichnungen
- Erstellen von SAP Stücklisten
- Abstimmung mit Lieferanten
- Abstimmung mit der Fertigung und Fertigungstechnik
- Bearbeitung von technischen Kundenanfragen

Your future responsibilities
- Develop future sustainable, dependable, and intelligent embedded computing architectures.
- Drive research in VLSI/digital design with a focus on RISC-V and related processor architectures and accelerators.
- Contribute to the development of accurate design specifications for digital control blocks.
- Deliver complex digital IP to meet schedule, area, power, and performance targets.
- Work with digital verification teams to create verification plans.
- Collaborate with laboratory teams to create and verify FPGA-based prototypes.
- Collaborate with industry and academia partners.
- Lead research projects and participate in the acquisition of industry projects and funding grants.
- Publish your work in leading journals and present at conferences.

- Assess innovative product ideas and directly influence product roadmaps for low voltage Power MOSFETs (OptiMOS)
- Define product requirements, create target datasheets, and develop go-to-market materials like application notes and evaluation boards
- Serve as the technical interface between R&D teams and customers
- Analyze and assess topologies and application conditions through simulations, prototype measurements and benchmarking for target applications example solar power conversions
- Contribute design-in to design-win activities with leading customers
- Conduct technical discussions, coordinate requirements, and support product validation in system design
- Collaborate closely with regional field application engineering (FAE)teams
- Prepare and provide technical documentation and training on product and application levels

- Work with high voltage chip products (SiC, IGBT) used in automotive traction inverter applications
- Be part of product development projects for power electronic transistors: Define the right-fit product and technology requirements matching to application trends and customer needs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features, understand trade-offs and key limitations ensuring that new products meet the evolving demands of the automotive industry
- Contribute to technical design-in activities at major automotive customers with our high voltage SiC and IGBT chip products
