Your Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for IT-related requests (ServiceNow tickets, phone, email)
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve incidents related to OT systems, networks, and applications
- Prioritize, manage, and escalate service requests according to defined procedures
- Support infrastructure and application-related IT projects
- Administer user access and identity management to ensure security and compliance
- Deliver end-user training and maintain system documentation
- Contribute to system stabilization and continuous improvement in collaboration with business users

- Define, document, and maintain domain-specific processes, policies, and standards
- Support and lead IT projects and domain initiatives from planning through successful execution
- Customize and optimize existing OT systems to meet operational needs and improve efficiency
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to key users and stakeholders
- Analyze complex technical issues and deliver effective, sustainable solutions
- Generate reports and insights to support informed decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and implementing new technologies and best practices
