Develop in-house pricing expertise and establish comprehensive pricing documentation and processes -
Analyze, monitor, optimize, and restructure pricing and conditions by evaluating quotes and orders -
Monitor and adapt value drivers and price logic to match with pricing tools, and test existing tools regarding customer structure -
Develop predictive analyses like pricing models and forecasts, providing data-driven insights to support pricing decisions -
Develop pricing initiatives and projects, measuring their impact on profitability and loading -
Prepare and interpret pricing results and changes for management, including reporting on pricing developments -
Provide training to relevant teams on pricing strategies and tools -
Steer and control the creation of pricing reports in cooperation with controlling

- Lead and develop a global service desk team, including local section managers
- Ensure standardized, high-quality IT support delivery across all regions
- Monitor KPIs and SLA compliance using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Act as escalation point for critical incidents to ensure business continuity
- Coordinate tasks and resources across locations for optimal efficiency
- Maintain global service desk procedures and documentation aligned with ITIL standards
- Collaborate with IT leadership to align support services with business goals

- Lead and manage the AISS service development lifecycle, encompassing demand collection (top-down, bottom-up, and external perspectives), prioritization, project assignment, and capability integration, in alignment with the AT&S Roadmap process
- Own and continuously enhance the AISS service development framework, ensuring it remains efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee the maintenance and evolution of the AISS service toolbox, ensuring all offerings are current, relevant, and aligned with business needs
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for service development initiatives, ensuring adherence to defined processes and successful fulfillment of implementation requirements
- Engage and align with stakeholders across business units and group functions, driving collaboration to achieve service integration targets and establishing key performance indicators to measure success
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts involving departments such as R&D, Corporate IT, and Technology and Innovation to ensure timely delivery of agreed objectives and milestones
- Plan and lead promotional initiatives (e.g., VirtualFirst) to drive adoption and integration of AISS services into AT&S processes and daily operations
