- Lead R&D process development across technologies like IC Substrates with glass core
- Screen, specify, install, and qualify new equipment and process technologies
- Set up, optimize, and qualify processes including DOE execution and parameter definition
- Develop new manufacturing concepts in alignment with global R&D teams, plants, and partners
- Evaluate and develop new and existing suppliers and equipment manufacturers
- Drive process control, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build advanced substrate and IC packaging manufacturing know‑how
- Provide technical solutions to ensure structured and efficient project execution

Your Responsibilities
- Identify inefficiencies using data analysis, observation, and root cause methodologies to drive targeted improvements
- Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects in manufacturing and operational areas
- Develop and promote quality and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
- Ensure transparency on activities, priorities, and progress within the department
- Support structured handling of audits, PPCRs, qualifications, and deviations, including CAPA processes
- Monitor KPIs and contribute to performance improvement strategies
- Collaborate across departments to implement sustainable process enhancements and standardize best practices
- Report progress, results, and improvement impact to senior management

Your Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of a robust production planning and control system ensuring alignment with corporate standards and production readiness
- Oversight of manufacturing order releases and requisitions securing cross-departmental synchronization and achievement of sales, utilization, and financial targets
- Management of the master production schedule ensuring accuracy through bottleneck identification, cross-functional alignment, and timely corrective actions
- Collaboration with Purchasing to identify material risks early and execute mitigation measures to maintain schedule integrity
- Coordination with Order Management to develop recovery scenarios and safeguard customer delivery timelines during disruptions
- Leadership of shop floor planning ensuring balanced workload release to maintain flow and efficiency

- Lead and manage the R&D Line Operation team
- Plan, control, and optimize R&D line operations considering resources, Q-times, and priorities
- Ensure timely production of R&D lots and fulfillment of internal and external prototyping requests
- Align closely with R&D Line Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and production departments
- Coordinate preventive maintenance planning and execution with maintenance teams
- Manage R&D projects with responsibility for budget, resources, timelines, and results
- Represent AT&S toward customers, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure protection of intellectual property and freedom-to-operate for developed technologies
