- Forschung im Bereich der Künstlichen Intelligenz (KI) und Wissensrepräsentation, beispielsweise in den Bereichen des automatisches Schließens, nicht monotones Schließens, der Komplexitätsanalyse, in deklarativen Algorithmen, in der computationalen Argumentation oder in der Schnittstelle von symbolischer KI und machine learning.
- Mitarbeit im Lehrbetrieb und Mitwirkung in ausgewählten Lehrveranstaltungen, insbesondere Grundlagen der Artificial Intelligence und Logik, Deklarative Programmierung und Intelligent Systems und die Mithilfe bei der Betreuung von Studierenden im Rahmen von Übungen, Praktika, Seminaren u.ä.
- Mitarbeit in Forschungsprojekten des Instituts.
- Verfassen wissenschaftlicher Publikationen und Präsentation bei internationalen Konferenzen - Verfassen einer Dissertation und entsprechenden Publikationen im Bereich der künstlichen Intelligenz und Wissensrepräsentation.
- Mitarbeit bei administrativen Tätigkeiten, wie Projektmitwirkung und -administration, inklusive Mitarbeit bei etwaigen Aufgaben im Reporting und Antragstellung.
- Forschungsrelevante Datenerfassung im TUGrazOnline.
