- Entwicklung, Implementierung und Überwachung von Compliance-Richtlinien sowie Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Anforderungen / Vorschriften
- Regelmäßige Schulungen und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeitenden zu Compliance-Themen
- Überwachung und Bewertung der Risiken im Bereich Compliance sowie Entwicklung von Präventionsmaßnahmen
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung des Compliance Managements
- Erstellung von Berichten zu Compliance-Vorfällen und Dokumentation entsprechender Maßnahmen
- Optimierung der Compliance-Prozesse hinsichtlich Prävention und interner Kommunikation
- Kontakt zu Behörden und externen Beratern bei rechtlichen Themen

- Prepare and schedule audits (internal and external)
- Coordinate with IT-departments and IT employees, including audit participants and external auditors
- Monitor and document audit findings and non-conformities, and report the status of non-conformities and corrective actions to IT management
- Prepare and train audit participants on audit expectations and procedures
- Collaborate closely with the Information Security team to align on audit requirements.
