- Specify required tools (SOW) and related tooling, perform supplier evaluations, and ensure alignment with plant requirements
- Define and select suitable process tools and tooling, including CAPEX verification, to support robust machine usage
- Enable equipment installation, qualification, process setup, and training for shift engineering, maintenance technicians, and operators
- Apply process control and documentation standards (PI, Checklists, ORPs, CPs) and ensure up-to-date process change management
- Drive supplier development, screen potential new suppliers, and implement continuous process/machine improvements to meet efficiency and cost targets
- Support new product ramp-ups, transition into high-volume manufacturing, and lead task forces or working groups for effective troubleshooting and prevention

At a glance
- Work in the cleanroom environment with a small team
- Operate trace analysis in state-of-the-art analytical tools such as VPD,ICPMS, AAS, TXRF, AD-GCMS, Titrator, UV, Liquid particle and other little tools
- Deliver reliable high quality of measurement results, specifically from trace analysis measurements on wafer level as well as in other mediums (Boxes/FOUP, DI water, concentrated chemicals, etc.)
