- Mitgestaltung der Datenarchitektur und -infrastruktur, um die Anforderungen im Bereich Datenmanagement und Datenanalyse zu erfüllen
- Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung unseres bestehenden SAP Business Warehouse und Mitwirkung bei Business Intelligence Projekten
- Konzeption und Realisierung nachhaltiger Strategien im System gemeinsam im Team
- Sicherstellung, dass die entworfene Architektur den Qualitätsprüfungen, Branchen- und Sicherheitsstandards entspricht
- Zusammenarbeit mit Business Stakeholdern, sowie Anforderungsanalyse, Implementierung und Rollout zählen zu den Keraufgaben
- 3rd Level Support, Key User Schulung und Mitwirkung in der Data-Expert Group runden das Aufgabengebiet ab

Aufgaben:
- Sicherstellung des Systembetriebes und Prozessoptimierung der SAP-Landschaft
- Optimierung und Customizing der unternehmensweiten SAP-Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen
- Modulverantwortung und Datenmodellierung in BI bzw. in der Entwicklung
- Fachliche Teamleitung der Abteilung SAP national und international
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung der Strategie im Bereich Business Applications / SAP
- Projektleitung u. aktive Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von Projekten (S/4 HANA) inkl. Rollouts
- Design Solution Authority für Business Applications
- Sourcing und Kostenverantwortung für Service Provider
- 2nd und 3rd Level Support der internationalen SAP-Anwender
- Globales Reporting über sämtliche Unternehmensbereiche
- Koordination mit externeren Beratern und Vertragspartnern
- Stammdatenmanagement, Schnittstellenmanagement und Rollen- und Berechtigungsmanagement
- Durchführung von innovativen Schulungen für Key User und weitere Anwender

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Beratung und Unterstützung als SAP Inhouse Consultant mit Fokus auf SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) und SAP Datasphere
- Konzeption, Entwicklung und Implementierung von BI- und Reporting-Lösungen zur datenbasierten Entscheidungsfindung
- Integration und Harmonisierung von Daten aus S/4HANA und anderen ERP-Systemen auf MS SQL-Basis
- Erstellung und Optimierung von Planungsmodellen sowie Unterstützung bei deren Implementierung
- Entwicklung und Wartung von CDS-Views zur effizienten Datenbereitstellung
- Durchführung von Machbarkeitsanalysen und Anforderungsmanagement in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen
- Unterstützung und Schulung von Anwender*innen zur optimalen Nutzung der BI-Tools
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern zur Weiterentwicklung der SAP BI-Landschaft

Your Responsibilities

Prepare for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including group consolidation and reporting -
Implement external accounting regulations and internal management reporting requirements -
Serve as the contact person for external and internal partners, supporting the accounting and controlling teams of AT&S with system issues -
Assist the administrator of legal consolidation and reporting software with management tasks and day-to-day operations -
Participate in projects within the group accounting department

Manage and coordinate data management and analytic projects within the controlling organization.

- Data extraction and transformation: Connect to data sources (SAP FI/CO, BW, Data Fabric, Excel-based repositories), extract relevant data sets, and prepare them for analysis and reporting.
- Analytics & reporting: Build standardized reports and dynamic dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to support functional and management-level decision-making.
- Automation & scripting: Streamline and automate manual reporting tasks using Python, Power Query, or other tools to reduce effort and increase reliability.
- Be the data guardian: Regularly validate data quality, spot inconsistencies, and proactively address reporting issues before they become problems.
- Collaborate across the map: Work with mainly Functional Corporate Controllers as well as BU, and Plant levels - across multiple countries — to ensure a consistent and unified view of performance.
- Drive continuous improvement: Constantly look for ways to make our data landscape faster, smarter, and more resilient. Act as the first point of contact for data governance issues and reporting improvement initiatives.
