- Work on global, cross‑functional initiatives spanning innovation, operational excellence, organizational transformation, and technology‑driven growth
- Collaborate with senior leaders and international teams across Austria, China, India, Malaysia, and beyond
- Apply advanced analytics and GenAI tools to elevate problem‑solving, scenario modeling, and decision support
- Gain deep technical understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and high‑end substrate technologies while driving strategic change

DEINE AUFGABEN
- Eigenverantwortliche Einrichtung und Inbetriebnahme unserer ERP-Software bei Kund:innen
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender ERP-Systeme im laufenden Betrieb
- Analyse von Anforderungen und Abbildung im ERP-System
- Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen sowie kompetente Ansprechperson für Key User und Anwender:innen
- Abstimmung mit Kund:innen und Fachbereichen zur optimalen Nutzung der ERP-Lösung
- Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen sowie Aufbau von Anwender-Know-how
- Mitwirkung bei der Einführung neuer Module und Funktionen
