Technische Projektleitung in Softwareprojekten und Requirements-Engineering - Software Consulting im Bereich der Business Solutions und Unterstützung bei Digitalisierungs- und IT-Transformationsprojekten sowie Analyse von Fachbereichsanforderungen und technische Konzeption möglicher Lösunge
- Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb der Services Enterprise Content Management (ECM) und Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Koordination und Steuerung externer Dienstleister
- Rolle des ITService Owner Stellvertreters sowie Funktion als „Single Point of Contact“

Develop in-house pricing expertise and establish comprehensive pricing documentation and processes -
Analyze, monitor, optimize, and restructure pricing and conditions by evaluating quotes and orders -
Monitor and adapt value drivers and price logic to match with pricing tools, and test existing tools regarding customer structure -
Develop predictive analyses like pricing models and forecasts, providing data-driven insights to support pricing decisions -
Develop pricing initiatives and projects, measuring their impact on profitability and loading -
Prepare and interpret pricing results and changes for management, including reporting on pricing developments -
Provide training to relevant teams on pricing strategies and tools -
Steer and control the creation of pricing reports in cooperation with controlling

Govern and optimize O2C processes, including all sub-processes, by driving change management and identifying areas for improvement -
Enhance O2C-related systems and tools, develop new use cases, and coordinate interface setups with internal IT and external consultants -
Design and maintain the KPI/DPI landscape, and develop Power BI structures, templates, and dashboards for performance tracking -
Ensure compliance with audit requirements and provide support during audit processes -
Lead and support project management activities related to O2C process improvements -
Identify and share best practices across teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement -
Assess training needs, identify suitable training providers, and support skill development initiatives
