Your core responsibilities are:
- Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of test, field, and sensor data across development and operation
- Develop machine learning models to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights on product performance and usage
- Collaborate with product development teams to integrate data collection and analytics tools throughout the product lifecycle
- Apply statistical and AI methods to identify patterns, predict issues, and optimize performance

- Perform 3D thermal simulation (FE/CFD) of cooling systems for automotive batteries
- Calculate gas release behavior of battery cells and its impact on the overall system
- Develop models for thermodynamic systems

- Performing structural simulations on component and system level e.g. durability, crash and static analysis
- Taking an active role in developing battery system concepts in a cross functional team, from acquisition to series development
- Improvement and development of simulation methods
