Your Job responsibilities and tasks are:
- Representation of the project to the customer, sonsulting engineer and consortium partners
- Management of the project team, Coordinate internal functions and sub-suppliers
- Cost controlling and forecasting
- Ensure adequate submission and revision of all project documentations requirements

Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage plant engineering projects or work packages, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
- Analyze project requirements, identify risks and root causes, and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Apply standardized project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks
- Develop, maintain, and adapt project plans to meet changing technical and operational conditions
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and stakeholders, ensuring strong alignment and collaboration
- Monitor project performance, including timelines, costs, quality, and KPIs
- Ensure clear communication, reporting, and presentations to stakeholders at all levels
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute innovative solutions within Plant Engineering

- Lead and manage the R&D Line Operation team
- Plan, control, and optimize R&D line operations considering resources, Q-times, and priorities
- Ensure timely production of R&D lots and fulfillment of internal and external prototyping requests
- Align closely with R&D Line Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and production departments
- Coordinate preventive maintenance planning and execution with maintenance teams
- Manage R&D projects with responsibility for budget, resources, timelines, and results
- Represent AT&S toward customers, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure protection of intellectual property and freedom-to-operate for developed technologies

- Ensure compensation structures including salary frameworks, job grading, and pay bands are consistently implemented and applied across Magna Powertrain
- Lead annual compensation processes such as salary and grading reviews, bonus cycles, and incentive payments
- Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness through robust market benchmarking and develop compensation policies, principles, and governance frameworks
- Advice, collaborate and support regional compensation specialists, leaders and HR Business partners and strongly collaborate with HR analytics and Talent Management; act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Support the design and evolution of total rewards offerings including incentives, benefits, and recognition programs
- Improve Magna Powertrain’s Bonus process aligned with performance and business outcomes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, pay equity, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate Workday data by applying job grading frameworks and Mercer IPE methodologies
- Partner closely with Total Rewards CoE from Magna Corporate and peers from other Magna Groups
- Collaborate strongly with auditors, legal teams, and finance partners to support compensation reporting and audit readiness

Your Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate 8D processes for customer complaints, ensuring timely submission and effective corrective actions
- Act as the single point of contact for customers regarding quality-related topics and inquiries
- Conduct root cause analyses and provide rapid on-site support (within 48 hours when required)
- Maintain continuous communication with customers or AQM for complaints, deviations, and general requests
