- Mitwirkung an bestehenden Forschungsvorhaben sowie Entwicklung neuer Forschungsprojekte in den Bereichen mathematische Bildverarbeitung, inverse Probleme und Datenwissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Analysis, Optimierung, Numerik und algorithmischer Lösung
- Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Kooperationsprojekten und FWF/EU-geförderten Drittmittelprojekten
- Möglichkeit zur Arbeit an einem Habilitationsprojekt
- Mitwirkung bei der Antragstellung zu Drittmittelprojekten
- Selbstständige Durchführung von Lehrveranstaltungen und Prüfungen im Bereich der Angewandten Mathematik
- Fachliche und organisatorische Betreuung von Studierenden des Instituts
- Mitwirkung bei Organisations- und Verwaltungsaufgaben sowie an Evaluierungsmaßnahmen
