Deine Arbeitswelt
- Ziel der mobilen Heimhilfe ist es, Menschen im Alter individuell bei der Haushaltsführung zu unterstützen und ihnen so lange wie möglich ein selbstbestimmtes Leben in den eigenen vier Wänden zu ermöglichen
- Als Heimhilfe unterstützt du bei hauswirtschaftlichen Tätigkeiten wie Reinigung, Wäsche waschen, Bügeln, Zubereitung einfacher Mahlzeiten usw. Ebenso hilfst du deinen Kund:innenbeim Einkauf und anderen diversen Erledigungen (z.B. Apotheke, Arzt, Behörden usw.)
- Besonders wichtig ist uns die Beziehungsarbeit mit unseren Kund:innen. Es bleibt auch Zeit für wertvolle Gespräche, Aktivierungstätigkeiten und sonstige soziale Interaktionen

- Förderung, Wiederherstellung und Erhaltung der aktiven Lebensgestaltung der Bewohner:innen (Tagesstruktur, Aktivitäten, etc.)
- Mitwirken bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter:innen
