Meine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung des Pflegeteams bei der Basisversorgung
- Unterstützung bei der Zubereitung und Einnahme von Mahlzeiten
- Einfache Aktivierung der Bewohner:innen und Förderung ihrer sozialen Kontakte
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung hauswirtschaftlicher Tätigkeiten (Wäscheversorgung, Reinigung und Desinfektion von Einrichtungs- und Gebrauchsgegenständen, etc.)

- Eigenständige Durchführung von Pflege- und Betreuungsmaßnahmen
- Sicherstellung höchster Pflegequalität nach SeneCura Standard - die Selbstbestimmung und Würde der Bewohner:innen immer im Blick
- Mitarbeit bei unseren „Näher am Menschen“-Angeboten, wie z.B. Herzenswunsch
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Pflege- und Betreuungsprogrammen
- Mitwirkung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter:innen und Anleitung von Auszubildenden und Praktikant:innen

Verantwortung für sämtliche Pflege- und Betreuungsprozesse Sicherstellung höchster Pflegequalität nach SeneCura Standard - die Selbstbestimmung und Würde der Bewohner:innen immer im Blick Leitung des Pflege- und Betreuungsteams sowie Bewerber:innenmanagement Laufende Evaluation der Pflegekennzahlen, des Pflege- und Betreuungsbedarfs sowie Optimierung der entsprechenden Angebote Verantwortung für rasches Feedback bei Anregungen und Beschwerden Kontakt für Netzwerkpartner und Ausbildungsstellen in der Region Belegungsmanagement und Mitwirken bei der Budgeterstellung Kontinuierliche Erweiterung der Kompetenzen im Rahmen von Fort- und Weiterbildungen

- Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg:innen, Angehörigen und anderen Professionen zusammen
