- Implementierung und Sicherstellung der Umsetzung von Reinigungs-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards (gem. den internen Qualitätsstandards, Brand Standards… ) in den Gästezimmern und den öffentlichen Bereichen inkl. Acquapura SPA
- Verantwortung für die Rekrutierung & Einarbeitung eines Housekeeping Teams sowie dessen Führung & Entwicklung
- Einhaltung und Überprüfung des laufenden Housekeeping Budgets sowie der Personalkosten für die Abteilung (Dienst- und Urlaubsplanung)
- Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle der administrativen und operativen Abläufe im Housekeeping
- Durchführung regelmäßiger Begehungen zur Mängelerkennung/Schäden
- Abstimmung mit den operativen Abteilungen, vor allem Front Office und Technik
- Durchführung von Inventuren, Monatsabschlüssen und Rechnungseingangsprüfung
- Überwachung von sämtlichen Inventaren der Abteilung sowie Verantwortung für den Einkauf von Textilien, Reinigungsmitteln, sowie eine effiziente Lagerhaltung und deren Kontrolle
