Ihre Aufgaben
- In Ihrer Rolle als Deutschtrainer:in qualifizieren Sie angehende Produktionsmitarbeiter:innen sprachlich so weiter, dass sie ihre Tätigkeit im Produktionsalltag ausüben können. Sie konzipieren und vermitteln arbeitsplatzbezogene Deutschtrainings, die gezielt auf die PCB‑ und IC‑Substrates‑Produktion ausgerichtet sind. Ziel ist es, die Teilnehmenden sprachlich so vorzubereiten, dass sie Arbeitsabläufe verstehen und Aufgaben im Produktionsumfeld bewältigen können.
- Der Fokus liegt auf praktischer Anwendbarkeit, nicht auf sprachlicher Perfektion. Sie befähigen die Kursteilnehmer:innen, Arbeitsanweisungen, Sicherheitsvorschriften und maschinenbezogene Terminologie zu verstehen. Sie stärken Lesekompetenz und übersetzen Produktionsinhalte in klare, praxisnahe Lernformate, die unmittelbar im Arbeitsalltag angewendet werden können.
- Sie bewerten vorhandene Sprachkenntnisse und beurteilen, inwieweit die Teilnehmenden sprachlich in der Lage sind, ihre Tätigkeit in der Produktion aufzunehmen.
- In Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Produktion, Trainingskoordination und Onboarding richten Sie Inhalte gezielt an den konkreten Anforderungen an die deutsche Sprache am Shopfloor aus. Mit zeitgemäßen Lernformaten und praxisnahen Übungen schaffen Sie ein Lernumfeld, das Sicherheit gibt und den Einstieg in den Arbeitsalltag spürbar erleichtert.
- Neben der Durchführung von Trainings bringen Sie sich flexibel in weitere Onboarding‑Initiativen ein und entwickeln Trainingsunterlagen weiter. Sie arbeiten mit Menschen aus unterschiedlichen kulturellen Hintergründen und fördern eine klare, respektvolle Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit im Produktionsumfeld.

- Lead and develop the production plating team in a continuous five‑shift operation
- Plan and steer production and staffing to meet output, quality, cost, and schedule targets
- Apply 6S and Lean principles to standardize processes and reduce work‑in‑progress
- Ensure full compliance with EHS, foreign material prevention and all personnel & product protection standards
- Support the introduction and optimization of the MES system
- Monitor KPIs, perform audits and initiate corrective actions when needed
