Ihre Aufgaben:
- Selbstständiges Bedienen von CNC-Fräsmaschinen und Zerspanungsautomaten
- Rüsten und Einrichten der Maschinen inklusive Werkzeugauswahl
- Überwachung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Produktionsprozesse
- Erstellen und Optimieren von CNC-Programmen
- Überprüfung und Dokumentation produktionsrelevanter Messmerkmale
- Durchführung einfacher Wartungsarbeiten an den Maschinen
- Erstellung von Einstellparameterplänen

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Bedienung der Maschinen (Kesselanlagen)
- Gewährleistung der Produktionsabläufe (Störungsbehebung, Material- und Betriebsstoffbeschickung)
- Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen nach Rücksprache (Abteilungsleiter, Produktionsleiter)
- Selbstständige Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen und Wartungen
- Überwachung des gesamten Kraftwerks
- Erstellung der Schichtprotokolle (Tagesreporting)

- Independently manage and grow a portfolio of small business customers, overseeing the full L2O and O2C process.

- Support the ramp up and yield learning phase of new technology platforms like CoolMOS or CoolSiC together with the process integration group
- Closely collaborate with PSS production management, unit process and process integration engineers of FAB Villach
- Develop new MOSFET generations, define together with TCAD and application experts the features of the upcoming generations
- Define unit process requirements along the technology roadmap together with unit process development engineers
- Plan, coordinate and evaluate process experiments including statistical DoEs and ensure process window
- Implement improvement regarding cost, yield and stability with change management processes and/or technology projects

- Define target product specifications of SiC JFET variants for hotswap, Oring, protection switch and circuit breaker applications
- Be the main technical interface to the development and go-to-market teams during the product development and post product launch stages respectively
- Develop application evaluation platforms for product validation and customer promotion
- Perform measurements based on fit for use plan to validate the suitability of SiC JFET based solutions in applications environment and document the relevant results
- Run performance benchmarking tests of internal and external products
- Prepare the product datasheets; develop product and application literature such as application notes, technical articles, promotion material, webinars etc.
- Provide global product support for the customer design-in projects
- Run simulations to replicate real application use scenarios and derive analyses
