- Zusammenarbeit mit renommierten Fensterherstellern
- Einschulung und Koordination
- Diverse administrative Tätigkeiten

Your tasks:
- Leading a team of software development engineers in the automotive environment, taking into account industry-relevant processes and standards (e.g. A-Spice, IATF 16949, ISO 26262, etc.)
- Drive strategic alignment of products and services with new and legacy technologies in mind
- Actively participate in the negotiation of the project scope and timeline (FIP) during the acquisition phase
- Ensuring innovation in the SW development process with the pursuit of efficiency (processes, methods, tools, certifications)
- Ensure innovation in SW functionality to increase battery safety, performance, and lifespan
- Development and coordination of optimized SW qualification methods and processes with the verification/validation team
