Ihre Aufgaben:
- Aufrechterhaltung bzw. Sicherstellung eines reibungsfreien Betriebes aller benötigten Anlagen und Infrastruktur unseren Standort betreffend
- Instandhaltungsplanung und Koordination von Wartungstätigkeiten
- Wartungs- sowie Analysetätigkeiten an Anlagen und Maschinen (Steuerungstechnik)
- Koordination und Planung der Instandhaltungstätigkeiten für unseren Standort
- Reparatur, Störungsbehebung und Instandhaltung von Maschinen und Anlagen
- Überprüfung, Wartung und Reparatur der Gebäudetechnik sowie der mechanischen Anlagen, um sicherzustellen, dass diese den Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsstandards entsprechen.
- Vorbeugende Wartung von Maschinen und Anlagen (TPM)
- Erstellung der Dokumentation von Wartungs-, Reparatur-, Störungsbehebungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten
- Unterstützung beim Auf- und Umbau von Anlagen
- Durchführung der Erweiterungs- sowie Modernisierungsprojekte
- Möglichkeit zur fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung

Your tasks:
- Ensure compensation structures including salary frameworks, job grading, and pay bands are consistently implemented and applied across Magna Powertrain
- Lead annual compensation processes such as salary and grading reviews, bonus cycles, and incentive payments
- Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness through robust market benchmarking and develop compensation policies, principles, and governance frameworks
- Advice, collaborate and support regional compensation specialists, leaders and HR Business partners and strongly collaborate with HR analytics and Talent Management; act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Support the design and evolution of total rewards offerings including incentives, benefits, and recognition programs
- Improve Magna Powertrain’s Bonus process aligned with performance and business outcomes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, pay equity, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate Workday data by applying job grading frameworks and Mercer IPE methodologies
- Partner closely with Total Rewards CoE from Magna Corporate and peers from other Magna Groups
- Collaborate strongly with auditors, legal teams, and finance partners to support compensation reporting and audit readiness

Your Responsibilities
- Ensure high process stability and product quality using statistical quality tools and monitoring systems
- Support daily production operations and provide rapid problem-solving for process deviations
- Lead the introduction, qualification, and validation of new equipment and production technologies
