- Aufbauend auf der Lehre zum/zur Zimmerer/in lernst Du zusätzlich die Werkplanung – vom ersten Entwurf bis zur fertigen Ausführung
- Du erstellst Abbund- und Montagepläne für spannende Holzbauprojekte.
- Moderne Abbundanlagen setzt Du mit Deinen digitalen Plänen in Bewegung.
- Nimm Exakte Naturmaße mithilfe von Laserscannern und baue präzise darauf auf.

🔨 Dein Job als Fertigteilhausbauer/in:
- Fertigteile im Werk produzieren – mit Holz, Hightech und viel Präzision
- Bauteile nach Plan montieren – direkt auf der Baustelle
- Mit Werkzeugen und Maschinen arbeiten – vom Hammer bis zur CNC-Anlage
- Oberflächen behandeln, Bauteile verbinden und dein Haus Stück für Stück zusammensetzen.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and further develop PE/CAM systems such as Engenix, UcamX, Integr8tor, Genesis2000, and InCAM-PRO.
- Develop, modify, and optimize software solutions and automation processes within the PE/CAM environment.
- Analyze system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure stable and efficient operations.
- Define and maintain development, documentation, and system standards.
- Coordinate and support key users, providing training and guidance on PE/CAM systems and processes.
- Plan, test, validate, and document system enhancements and development projects.
- Act as the main contact for IT-related topics and collaborate with external system providers on future developments.
- Maintain Azure DevOps environments, including repositories and CI/CD pipelines.

- Plan, manage, and track complexR&D projects with a strong technical focus
- Translate system requirements into clear, concrete technical specifications (e.g. PCB specifications), including manufacturing and material constraints
- Coordinate and manage a wide range of stakeholders (internal teams, external suppliers, and research partners) as a technically competent counterpart
- Challenge technical assumptions and proposals to ensure optimal solutions
- Ensure accountability, transparency, and traceability of technical decisions and their impact on project outcomes
- Support the technical advancement of processes, methods, and technologies within the organization
- Prepare presentations, decision papers, and information materials for management and stakeholders; create and maintain structured, high‑quality, value‑adding project documentation
- Represent your technical field toward internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external project partners to ensure clarity, alignment, and professional communication
- Contribute to system-level understanding by applying your technical experience, as a plus in the area optical-electronical systems
