Your tasks
- Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
- Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen in SAP
- Stammdatenpflege
Our expectations
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung
- Gute MS Office Anwenderkenntnisse, Grundkenntnisse in SAP von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Belastbarkeit
- Genaue Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
