- Work with SAP SuccessFactors and other HR tools to keep workflows smooth and data accurate
- Conduct structured interviews to ensure cultural and functional fit
- Represent the company at recruitment events, bringing our culture and values to life
- Use data analytics to track KPIs, optimize processes, and share insights on market trends and employer branding

Allgemeine Informationen
- Abgeschlossene (Berufs-) Ausbildung mit oder ohne Matura, erste Berufserfahrung idealerweise im kaufmännischen Bereich
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
- Engagement und starkes Interesse am Einsatz von innovativen, neuen Medien
- Hohe Kommunikationsstärke, Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamfähigkeit
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe Flexibilität in Zeit und Ort
