Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie verantworten das konzernweite Security Reporting aus einer End-to-End-Perspektive - dies inkludiert die Sicherstellung einer kontinuierlichen Verbesserung sowie eines zeitgemäßen und zielgruppengerechten Reportings
- Als Anwendungseigner:in stellen Sie eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung aller eingesetzten Werkzeuge (z.B. Power-BI Dashboards) sowie eine zeitgemäße und zielgruppengerechte Berichterstattung sicher und sorgen für Konsistenz und Integrität der verwendeten Daten
- Sie verantworten das der Berichtserstellung zugrunde liegende Datenmodell - dies umfasst sowohl Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Modells als auch die Interpretation relevanter Daten
- Geringfügigere Entwicklungen an den Berichtswerkzeugen (z.B. Dashboards) können Sie im Sinne eines Citizen Developer (m/w/d) selbst übernehmen
- Sie unterstützen das CISB bei der Spezifikation von Reportinganforderungen und begleiten deren Umsetzung - des Weiteren bringen Sie proaktiv eigene Ideen für neue Reports oder Verbesserungen ein
- Wo notwendig erstellen Sie relevante Statusberichte und analysieren und diskutieren diese ggf. mit den verantwortlichen Stakeholder:innen
- Sie verantworten den konzernzweiten Security Notification Service
- Als Process Owner (m/w/d) für Security Awareness übernehmen Sie darüber hinaus die Konzipierung, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von zugehörigen Maßnahmen (z.B. Phishing Awareness Kampagne oder digitaler Schulungsinhalte)
- Sie messen und berichten den Erfolg der Security Awareness Maßnahmen an das CISB
- Sie unterstützen mit Ihrer Mitwirkung in konzernale Projekten (NIS2-Umsetzung, Supply Chain Security, SharePoint Migrationen, …) den Projekterfolg

Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and enable governance for portfolio decision forums to ensure audit-proof decisions and execution follow-through by managing agendas, decision logs, minutes, and action tracking
- Deliver consolidated portfolio insights to enhance visibility on project status, risks, dependencies, and resource conflicts using dashboards, KPIs, and executive-ready reporting
- Support scoring-based prioritization processes to promote consistent, data-driven decision-making by preparing scoring inputs, validating data, and documenting outcomes
- Maintain high-quality portfolio data to ensure a reliable single source of truth by enforcing data completeness, taxonomy standards, and regular quality checks in ServiceNow SPM and related systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the SPPM operating model by maintaining templates, supporting maturity assessments, and rolling out standards across PMO communities
- Support benefit tracking and value realization through structured documentation and reporting activities
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven productivity improvements in portfolio processes while ensuring proper validation and governance

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the global R&D portfolio management framework to ensure transparency, governance, and strategic alignment across all R&D activities by establishing portfolio standards, review processes, KPIs, and reporting structures
- Provide portfolio analyses, recommendations, and decision proposals for the R&D portfolio to support prioritization, investment, and resource allocation decisions by consolidating project information, evaluating portfolio performance, and preparing management-ready reports
- Coordinate and facilitate portfolio review and governance processes to improve portfolio execution effectiveness and ensure alignment with strategic objectives by working closely with the R&D Management Team, Project Managers, and technology experts
- Establish and maintain portfolio transparency across projects, programs, resources, budgets, risks, and technology development activities to enable data-driven decision-making
- Identify portfolio optimization opportunities to improve resource utilization, reduce overlaps, and strengthen execution of strategic priorities
- Support the development and execution of the R&D funding strategy to maximize research subsidies opportunities and strengthen innovation investments
- Coordinate funding proposal and project activities to ensure successful application, execution, and compliance of funded initiatives
- Support the digitalization of project and portfolio management practices by implementing and enhancing reporting, analytics, and workflow solutions using platforms such as ServiceNow, Power BI, SAP, and related systems
