Your tasks
- Drive OPEX and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
- Optimize inventory levels and parameters (e.g. safety stock, reorder points, lot sizes)
- Monitor and improve key supply chain KPIs (e.g. Inventory Turns, Service Level, Working Capital)
- Analyze, standardize, and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes
- Support and contribute to supply chain transformation projects (e.g. 3PL outsourcing, network optimization)
- Build and maintain reporting tools and advanced Excel/BI models
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and Quality
Our expectations
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably with focus on inventory, planning, or process optimization
- Strong analytical mindset and confident handling of data (Excel, ideally SAP/BI tools)
- Project management experience and proficient use of project management tools, ability to plan, execute, coordinate and manage complex global projects
- Experience in process improvement (Lean / OPEX mindset)
- Very good spoken and written knowledge of English and German
- Fine interpersonal, networking and teamwork skills
- Critical thinking, solution oriented and proactive work style
- Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
