- Versicherungs- und leistungsrechtliche Prüfung von Kundenanliegen
- Erledigung von operativen Tätigkeiten (beispielsweise Erfassung von Anträgen, fachliche Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Leistungen nach dem ASVG bzw. KBGG) einschließlich Erledigung der damit zusammenhängenden Korrespondenzen
- Qualifizierte Entgegennahme und Weiterleitung von diversen Anträgen (z.B. Verordnungen, Honorarnoten, ...)
- Vermittlung von kompetenten AnsprechpartnerInnen für Problemlösungen aus anderen Fachbereichen bzw. Institutionen
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen anderer SV-Träger und Institutionen

- Taking an active role in developing battery system concepts in a cross functional team, from acquisition to series development
