Your Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate 8D processes for customer complaints, ensuring timely submission and effective corrective actions
- Act as the single point of contact for customers regarding quality-related topics and inquiries
- Conduct root cause analyses and provide rapid on-site support (within 48 hours when required)
- Maintain continuous communication with customers or AQM for complaints, deviations, and general requests
- Support global AT&S sites in complaint handling and align with local customer requirements
- Train and guide internal teams on customer-specific quality standards and reject analysis
- Represent the company during customer visits, audits, and quality discussions
- Monitor, report, and ensure completion of quality actions, including documentation and certification (e.g. EN10204)

Your Responsibilities
- Design and develop electronic circuits based on customer requirements, including simulations where required.
- Create PCB layouts and schematics with a focus on AT&S-specific technologies, such as embedded components.

- Support and coordinate the preparation of the consolidated sustainability statement, ensuring timely completion and compliance with CSRD and ESRS requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to collect, consolidate, and draft ESG-related content in alignment with internal stakeholders, reporting agencies, and auditors
- Review ESG-related contracts and business ethics agreements, acting as a sparring partner for legal and other departments
- Ensure compliance with conflict minerals regulations, including preparation of key figures, RMI reporting (CMRT, EMRT), and maintenance of smelter data
- Act as the central contact point for ESG topics, supporting internal and external stakeholders with accurate and up-to-date information
- Coordinate and manage ESG reporting platforms (e.g., CDP, EcoVadis, IntegrityNext), including data updates, inquiries, and access management
- Develop and optimize ESG processes, tools, and systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and consistency
