Ihr Aufgabengebiet
- Verantwortung für den gesamten Restaurantbetrieb in Ablauf, Qualität und Haltung
- Aktive Mitarbeit im Service als selbstverständlicher Bestandteil Ihrer Führungsrolle
- Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Serviceteams mit Klarheit, Wertschätzung und Präsenz
- Sichtbare Gastgeberrolle: Begrüßung der Gäste, Aufmerksamkeit im Raum, ruhige Begleitung des Aufenthalts
- Gestaltung und Sicherung der Restaurantatmosphäre (Ruhe, Ordnung, Klarheit, Freundlichkeit)
- Sicherstellung eines serviceexzellenten, gesundheitsorientierten Gästeerlebnisses
- Souveräner Umgang mit Ayurveda- und Gesundheitsgästen auf Augenhöhe
- Enge Abstimmung mit Hotelleitung, Ayurveda-Team und Küche
- Weiterentwicklung der Abläufe im Restaurant mit Blick auf Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Nachhaltigkeit
- Vorbildfunktion im täglichen Tun – im Service wie in der Teamführung
- Verankerung der Mandira-Gastgeberkultur im Teamalltag

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene Hotelausbildung und Erfahrung in der entsprechenden Position – idealerweise in der gehobenen Hotellerie -
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift -
Sicherer Umgang mit PROTEL, Word und Excel -
Verantwortungsbewusste, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise -
Gepflegte Umgangsformen und ein professionelles, freundliches Auftreten -
Gute Ausdrucksweise – mündlich wie schriftlich -
Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten
