Your tasks:
- Analyze and optimize quality-related processes by identifying automation opportunities using AI and digital technologies
- Develop AI-supported solutions to reduce manual work and improve efficiency in quality operations
- Design and implement automated reporting, dashboards, and data evaluation tools
- Develop and maintain interfaces between quality systems, databases, testing equipment, and other software applications
- Automate data collection, processing, and validation workflows across different systems
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, IT, and Product Development teams to implement digital solutions
- Evaluate and integrate modern AI technologies (e.g. Large Language Models, Copilots, intelligent assistants) to support daily business processes
- Continuously improve existing workflows through automation, scripting, and process digitalization
- Take full ownership of digitalization projects from concept through implementation, driving initiatives independently with a proactive, self-driven, and hands-on mindset
- Conduct training sessions, gather user feedback, and continuously refine developed solutions together with stakeholders and key users to maximize business value

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Key-User am Standort Graz inklusive Systembetreuung und laufender Optimierung
- Technische Verantwortung für die Implementierung und den operativen Betrieb einer agnostischen Fleet Management Software
- Überwachung der Bestandsflotte (AMR, AGV, Stapler, Routenzüge) als Fachexperte für autonome Prozesse im Serienbetrieb
- 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support sowie Schulung der Key-User in den Divisions und logistischen Anlagenführer_innen im Umgang mit autonomen Flurförderzeugen
- Schnittstelle zum externen FMSW-Provider und hausinternen Prozesspartnern (z.B. IT, MaWi, Planungsbereiche technologieübergreifend)
- Integration neuer Geräte (AGV/AMR Hardware) in bestehende Systemlandschaft sowie Weiterentwicklung autonomer Prozesse und Unterstützung bei weiteren Projektierungen
- Analyse von Systemdaten sowie Erstellung von KPIs, Reports und Performanceauswertungen

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Betrieb und technische Betreuung einer Oracle-PL/SQL-basierten Logistik-Applikation
- Analyse, Bearbeitung und Koordination von Incidents, Service Requests und wiederkehrenden Applikationsthemen im 2nd- und 3rd Level-Betrieb
- Sicherstellung der Applikationsverfügbarkeit sowie Unterstützung bei Fehleranalyse, Monitoring und nachhaltiger Problemlösung
- Erstellung, Analyse und Optimierung von PL/SQL-Programmlogik wie Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Views und SQL-Abfragen
- Wartung und Betrieb applikationsnaher Oberflächen und Funktionen unter Verwendung von Web-Technologien (bevorzugt JavaScript)
- Koordination zwischen Fachbereich, 1st Level Support, Entwicklungsteam und externen Partnern
- Dokumentation von Lösungen, Betriebsabläufen und technischen Änderungen zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen und nachvollziehbaren Applikationsbetriebs
- Erarbeitung eines Konzepts für den übergreifenden, operativen 2nd-Level-Betrieb.

Your Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot large-scale Server&Linux environments (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)
- Perform OS and kernel patching across production and non-production systems with minimal downtime
- Troubleshoot complex Linux issues, including boot failures, initramfs issues, filesystem corruption, OOM events, and performance degradation
- Perform deep-dive analysis of CPU, memory, disk I/O, and networking issues
- Handle production incidents, perform RCA, and implement permanent fixes
- Develop and maintain shell scripts for automation, health checks, and validations
- Collaborate closely with application, storage, and network teams
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and patching procedures
