Your tasks:
- Supervise and control the work so that work is done according to technical specifications and time schedule as well required quality is met
- Planning workloads, allocating tasks and monitoring progress against targets
- Devising work schedules and implementing the works to meet deadlines and key milestones
- Supporting Site Managers with planning works to ensure their task do not conflict with other works
- Conducting regular worksite inspections to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards and ensure relevant standards are adhered to
- Advise and supervise directly employed staff and subcontractors
- Advise customers in installation matters
- Managing off deliveries or goods and materials required for the works
- Prepare site reports
- Attend site management meetings

Your Job responsibilities and tasks are:
- Representation of the project to the customer, sonsulting engineer and consortium partners
- Management of the project team, Coordinate internal functions and sub-suppliers
- Cost controlling and forecasting
- Ensure adequate submission and revision of all project documentations requirements
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Perform risk managaement to minimize project risks
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

- Lead and manage the R&D Line Operation team
- Plan, control, and optimize R&D line operations considering resources, Q-times, and priorities
- Ensure timely production of R&D lots and fulfillment of internal and external prototyping requests
- Align closely with R&D Line Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and production departments
- Coordinate preventive maintenance planning and execution with maintenance teams
- Manage R&D projects with responsibility for budget, resources, timelines, and results
- Represent AT&S toward customers, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure protection of intellectual property and freedom-to-operate for developed technologies

- Lead internal work packages, projects, and project teams in line with the AT&S Innovation Process (e.g. Stage Gate Process)
- Plan, coordinate, and execute technical requirements and equipment within assigned work packages
- Represent AT&S towards internal and external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, partners, business units, and funding agencies
- Identify, plan, and drive customer-related product development projects
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and technical execution
- Monitor and screen new technologies, processes, and products relevant to R&D
- Support the protection and further development of intellectual property (IP)
- Motivate, coordinate, and support national and international project teams to ensure successful outcomes

- Identify and communicate emerging technical trends and needs, guiding regional teams to address them and contribute to AT&S’s technology roadmap
- Support technical exchanges, feasibility checks, plant allocation, and cost-saving initiatives to ensure efficient project execution
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials to enable knowledge sharing and customer engagement
- Provide go-to-market technology documentation and best-in-class technical support to strengthen customer relationships and position AT&S as a technology leader
- Act as a center of expert for application engineering, ensuring maximum ROI for established technologies and supporting strategic initiatives.
