As Staff Specialist for Digital Marketing and Marketing Communications in our Digital Customer Engagement team, you'll play a vital part in building the digital future of our marketing operations, revolutionizing content creation with GenAI, and driving business growth. Your Role

We are transforming and digitalizing the way we go to market and are looking for a digital marketing and communications enthusiast to complement our international team. In your new job, you will lead and support projects with a focus on digitalizing and automating content management, revolutionizing content creation processes with the help of GenAI, and much more.

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Manage and contribute to multiple projects related to digital transformation with a focus
  on content management, content performance and GenAI for marketing purposes, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively to meet project goals and deadlines
• Drive implementation of new content management-related processes within the Power & Sensor Systems Division
• Develop and execute plans to leverage GenAI for content creation, optimization, and distribution
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to develop and implement AI-powered marketing solutions
• Develop and execute project and implementation plans including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, work packages, deliverables and KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, i.e. content creators, central functions, analytics specialists, product marketing, campaign managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective project delivery
• Analyze project results and provide recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies including GenAI, to continuously improve content management processes and outcomes

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

• A university master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in project management, digital marketing, or marketing communications
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with significant experience in change management and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including experience in data analysis and interpretation
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools and strong work planning and time management skills
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and technologies
• Basic understanding of content management and content creation processes plus experience with content or asset management systems (CMS, DAM) and content optimization tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities and willingness to learn and dive quickly into new topics
• Excellent English skills, German as a plus

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualifications. the employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a.
