Your Role
As a key member of the Chips and Discretes Product Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Discretes Power Product offering for Home Appliance, Renewables and Power Distribution applications,driving market leadership and growth. Leveraging your unique blend ofcommercial and technical expertise, you will lead a high-performing Product Marketing team to develop and execute strategies that capitalizeon opportunities in established markets.
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Develop and execute segment strategies to drive market leadership andgrowth, with a focus on Go-to-Market (G2M) and portfolio development
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture ofinnovation, speed, and agility
- Utilize your deep understanding of Chinese business culture to informproduct development and market strategies, driving success in thiscritical market
- Serve as an ambassador for the Business Line organization, championing amindset of speed, agility, and customer-centricity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development,marketing, and sales efforts that meet the needs of target applicationsand customers
Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have:
- 10+ years of experience in Power Semiconductor product marketing,applications, or engineering role
- Proven track record of driving business growth and market leadership inthe semiconductor or electronics industry
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for identifying and capitalizingon new market opportunities
- Deep understanding of Chinese business culture, with the ability totranslate this knowledge into actionable strategies
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability tomotivate and inspire global high-performing teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability toeffectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholder
- Ability to make hard trade-offs
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability todevelop and execute complex business plans
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, business administration or related field. MBA is a major plus
