- Beachtung und Einhaltung aller persönlichen und anlagenbezogener QHSSE- Vorschriften
- Programmieren, Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Bearbeitungsmaschinen (Drehen, Fräsen)
- Erstellung von Programmen (3D-Simulation und Bearbeitung mit verschiedenen Steuerungen und mit geometriegestützten Programmiersystemen anhand von technischen Zeichnungen
- Optimierung der Rüstzeiten durch Festlegung der Auftragsabfolge
- Erstellung von Konstruktionszeichnungen mittels 3D Scan- und Messtechnik sowie modernen Softwareanwendungen (Geomagic for Solid Works)
- Bedienung von konventionellen Werkzeugmaschinen für ad hoc Reparaturarbeiten im Instandhaltungsgeschehen
- Bearbeitung unter Berücksichtigung der unterschiedlichen Werkstoffe
- Qualitätskontrolle an den gefertigten Werkstücken
- Mitarbeit bei SPE&i und im ständigen Veränderungs- und Verbesserungsprozess (CI)
