Sales & Tender Management – International Logistics
Fritz Mayer is an internationally operating forwarding company based in Austria, combining a strong own fleet with modern commercial logistics solutions.
To support our growth and expand our sales and carrier network, we are looking for an experienced Sales & Tender Management professional to help build and develop a scalable, international logistics unit.
Your Role
- You will be responsible for managing tenders, spot business and carrier relationships beyond our own fleet. Working closely with management and operations, you will actively shape how we develop external transport solutions and international sales structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Active participation in international tenders and spot market activities
- Preparation and coordination of offers, including capacity checks
- Development and management of an international carrier network
- Close communication with customers, carriers and internal teams
- Market monitoring (rates, relations, capacities)
- Documentation and KPI tracking (TMS / structured tools)
- Contribution to process development and scalable structures
Your Profile
- Experience in logistics, forwarding, tender or carrier management
- Strong commercial understanding of international road freight markets
- Structured, reliable and independent working style
- Confident communication in English, Polish, Hungarian or German
- Motivation to help build and shape a growing business unit
