Quality Engineer (f/m/d)
In this role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of upholding and enhancing the quality of our products within the assigned department. You will ensure that customer expectations are met consistently and will ensure adherence to procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
Your Responsibilities
- Planning and executing internal audits
- Managing product and process changes, including risk assessment and efficiency verification
- Evaluating potential impacts and risks associated with product and process deviations, and communicating effectively with customers
- Creating and updating quality-related documentation such as Control Plans (CP) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- Assisting in the development of new technologies and the introduction of new products
- Establishing and implementing measures to maintain and enhance product quality
- Creating methods for inspection, testing, and sampling to elevate the quality standards
Your Profile
- University degree in a technical field or similar equivalent professional experience
- Preferably, process knowledge from the IC-substrate, semiconductor, or a similar industry
- Proficiency in statistical analysis (Design of Experiments (DoE), hypothesis testing, commonality analysis, etc.)
- Basic understanding of quality tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Control Plan (CP), etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in English and good German language knowledge
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment

Our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries, take individual qualifications and experience into consideration and is therefore above the stated minimum salary.
