- Unterstützung bei der Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Qualitätsmanagementsystems
- Mitwirkung und Begleitung bei internen und externen Audits
- Koordination von Eignungsprüfungen, internen Ringversuchen und internen Kalibriertätigkeiten inkl. Planung, Organisation, Dokumentation und Bewertung
- Normenprüfung sowie Integration relevanter Anforderungen in QM-Dokumente
- Administrative Tätigkeiten im Laborumfeld
- Zusammenarbeit mit Laborleitung, Qualitätsmanagement und externen Stellen im akkreditierten Umfeld

- Mitarbeit bei der Aktualisierung und Erhaltung des gelebten QM-Systems
- Aktive Mitarbeit in der Qualitätssicherung in der Produktion (Rundgänge, Schulungen, Prüfung von Aufzeichnungen, etc.)
- Eigenständige Steuerung, Abwicklung und Kontrolle von Fehlermanagement, Korrekturmaßnahmen und Verbesserungsvorschlägen
- Mitarbeit bei der Koordinierung, Planung und Durchführung von IFS-, Bio- und weiteren Audits
- Externe Schnittstelle zu und Bearbeitung von allen QM-relevanten Behörden-, Kunden- und Lieferantenanfragen, etc.
- Interne Zusammenarbeit mit allen QM-relevanten Abteilungen

Customer-Focused Tasks
- Implement and monitor customer-defined quality requirements in production
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation (Certificates of Conformance, inspection and reliability specifications) and coordinate customer approvals
- Organize and support customer audits and visits; ensure smooth communication and execution
- Review and align internal processes with customer specifications; manage claims and 8D processes

Your Responsibilities
- Ensure high process stability and product quality using statistical quality tools and monitoring systems
- Support daily production operations and provide rapid problem-solving for process deviations
- Lead the introduction, qualification, and validation of new equipment and production technologies
- Define process limits and optimize process interactions to secure product quality
- Drive continuous improvement of productivity, efficiency, throughput time, and cost reduction
- Develop and implement structured reaction plans (ORP) for process deviations
- Create, maintain, and update all process-related documentation (e.g., TLI, CP, PI)
- Act as technical expert for new product introductions, including approval or rejection for production readiness
