- Mitarbeit bei der Aktualisierung und Erhaltung des gelebten QM-Systems
- Aktive Mitarbeit in der Qualitätssicherung in der Produktion (Rundgänge, Schulungen, Prüfung von Aufzeichnungen, etc.)
- Eigenständige Steuerung, Abwicklung und Kontrolle von Fehlermanagement, Korrekturmaßnahmen und Verbesserungsvorschlägen
- Mitarbeit bei der Koordinierung, Planung und Durchführung von IFS-, Bio- und weiteren Audits
- Externe Schnittstelle zu und Bearbeitung von allen QM-relevanten Behörden-, Kunden- und Lieferantenanfragen, etc.
- Interne Zusammenarbeit mit allen QM-relevanten Abteilungen

Deine Aufgaben:
- Mitwirken bei der Qualitätskontrolle unserer Produkte im laufenden Produktionsprozess
- Durchführung von Prüfungen und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
- Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung, dass unsere Produkte die geforderten Normen und Spezifikationen erfüllen
- Pflege von Arbeitsunterlagen und Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Abläufe
- Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen aus Produktion, Technik und Büro

- Ensure efficient production within defined quality standards and available equipment capabilities
- Train, coach and provide advanced process-related instruction to operational staff
- Provide operational support in the manufacturing area, including troubleshooting process deviations
- Introduce, start up and qualify new equipment and production technologies
- Create specifications and technical proposals for new machines and process technologies
- Continuously optimize assigned processes in terms of productivity, efficiency and throughput time
- Monitor and improve defined KPIs in alignment with the department lead
- Create, update and maintain all process-relevant documentation (e.g., TLI, CP, PI)
