- Prozessoptimierung und Steigerung der Effizienz anhand festgelegter KPIs
- Erstellung von Ablauf- und Wertstromanalysen
- Analyse, Gestaltung und Optimierung von Fertigungslayouts und Materialflüssen
- Mitwirkung an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Strukturen
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Methoden und Tools

Ihre Aufgaben
Entgelt und Benefits: Das Mindestgehalt für diesen Arbeitsplatz beträgt € 4.933,18 brutto (14 mal p.a.). Die tatsächliche Bezahlung ist von der jeweiligen Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung abhängig.

Your Responsibilities
- Execute production planning activities within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Analyze production data and develop forward-looking recommendations based on structured and meaningful insights.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of planning strategies within operational systems.
- Define production targets and monitor key performance indicators to measure planning effectiveness.
- Trigger and schedule production orders based on demand-driven material requirements while considering capacity and operational constraints.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within production planning processes and the planning system landscape.
- Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders regarding production progress, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Support, influence, and lead projects focused on future planning concepts, digitalization, and process optimization.

Your tasks:
- Analyze and optimize quality-related processes by identifying automation opportunities using AI and digital technologies
- Develop AI-supported solutions to reduce manual work and improve efficiency in quality operations
- Design and implement automated reporting, dashboards, and data evaluation tools
- Develop and maintain interfaces between quality systems, databases, testing equipment, and other software applications
- Automate data collection, processing, and validation workflows across different systems
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, IT, and Product Development teams to implement digital solutions
- Evaluate and integrate modern AI technologies (e.g. Large Language Models, Copilots, intelligent assistants) to support daily business processes
- Continuously improve existing workflows through automation, scripting, and process digitalization
- Take full ownership of digitalization projects from concept through implementation, driving initiatives independently with a proactive, self-driven, and hands-on mindset
- Conduct training sessions, gather user feedback, and continuously refine developed solutions together with stakeholders and key users to maximize business value
