- Erstellung und laufende Aktualisierung von Projektplänen, Berichten und Präsentationen
- Verfolgung von Terminen, Kosten und Maßnahmen sowie Unterstützung im Projektcontrolling
- Vorbereitung und Moderation von Projektmeetings und Workshops
- Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen und internationalen Standorten
- Unterstützung des PMO beim Projektportfoliomanagement
- Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement-Standards, Prozessen und Tools

Your Responsibilities
- Govern and coordinate the Corporate Functions project portfolio in line with enterprise standards and governance requirements.
- Prepare and consolidate portfolio reporting, providing clear visibility on progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance.
- Support planning, demand management, and prioritization activities to align resources with business needs.
- Manage RAID processes and ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical issues.
- Support governance forums, stage-gate reviews, and project health assessments.
- Monitor project plans, budgets, milestones, and resource utilization, driving corrective actions where required.
- Coach project managers and stakeholders on governance processes, reporting standards, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvements in project governance, reporting, prioritization, and portfolio management.

Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and enable governance for portfolio decision forums to ensure audit-proof decisions and execution follow-through by managing agendas, decision logs, minutes, and action tracking
- Deliver consolidated portfolio insights to enhance visibility on project status, risks, dependencies, and resource conflicts using dashboards, KPIs, and executive-ready reporting
- Support scoring-based prioritization processes to promote consistent, data-driven decision-making by preparing scoring inputs, validating data, and documenting outcomes
- Maintain high-quality portfolio data to ensure a reliable single source of truth by enforcing data completeness, taxonomy standards, and regular quality checks in ServiceNow SPM and related systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the SPPM operating model by maintaining templates, supporting maturity assessments, and rolling out standards across PMO communities
- Support benefit tracking and value realization through structured documentation and reporting activities
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven productivity improvements in portfolio processes while ensuring proper validation and governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and consistent follow-up on portfolio decisions and actions

- Lead and manage finance-related projects and global rollouts from planning through successful implementation.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, standardization, and automation within Finance.
- Analyze existing finance processes and identify opportunities for optimization and digitalization.
- Act as PMO for finance projects and ensure effective stakeholder communication and project coordination.
- Support the implementation of finance policies, controls, and governance standards.
- Coordinate and deliver trainings, create documentation, and promote best-practice sharing across Finance teams.
- Act as SAP Finance Key User and support system-related improvements and implementations.
- Support finance transformation activities and additional projects assigned by management.
