Your Responsibilities

- Ensure budget discipline and make clear trade-off decisions on resources, investments, and priorities
- Actively manage cost, productivity, and efficiency levers to strengthen competitiveness
- Ensure full compliance with quality, EHS, and all regulatory requirements
- Maintain transparent KPI reporting and proactively manage risks and deviations

- Technische Berechnungen, Auslegungen und Dimensionierung von TGA-Anlagen
- Erstellen von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Ausschreibungen
- Herstellungsüberwachung und Kostenmanagement

Customer-Focused Tasks
- Implement and monitor customer-defined quality requirements in production
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation (Certificates of Conformance, inspection and reliability specifications) and coordinate customer approvals
- Organize and support customer audits and visits; ensure smooth communication and execution
- Review and align internal processes with customer specifications; manage claims and 8D processes

Your Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate 8D processes for customer complaints, ensuring timely submission and effective corrective actions
- Act as the single point of contact for customers regarding quality-related topics and inquiries
- Conduct root cause analyses and provide rapid on-site support (within 48 hours when required)
- Maintain continuous communication with customers or AQM for complaints, deviations, and general requests
- Support global AT&S sites in complaint handling and align with local customer requirements
- Train and guide internal teams on customer-specific quality standards and reject analysis
- Represent the company during customer visits, audits, and quality discussions
- Monitor, report, and ensure completion of quality actions, including documentation and certification (e.g. EN10204)
