- Analyse und Überwachung von Herstellkosten auf Projektebene inkl. Soll/Ist Vergleich
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen in Fertigung, Durchlaufzeiten und Kostenstruktur
- Unterstützung im Jahresabschluss, Monatsabschluss, Forecast und Budgetprozess
- Weiterentwicklung von Controlling- und Reporting-Tools
- Business Partner für Operations & Standortleitung
- Beratung der Produktionsverantwortlichen bei Kostenoptimierungen und strategischen Projekten

Your tasks:
- Supervise and control the work so that work is done according to technical specifications and time schedule as well required quality is met
- Planning workloads, allocating tasks and monitoring progress against targets
- Devising work schedules and implementing the works to meet deadlines and key milestones
- Supporting Site Managers with planning works to ensure their task do not conflict with other works
- Conducting regular worksite inspections to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards and ensure relevant standards are adhered to
- Advise and supervise directly employed staff and subcontractors
- Advise customers in installation matters
- Managing off deliveries or goods and materials required for the works
- Prepare site reports
- Attend site management meetings

- Support the implementation of customer-defined quality requirements in production
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation (e.g., Certificates of Conformance, inspection and reliability specs) and assist in customer approvals
- Coordinate internal reviews of customer specifications and facilitate issue resolution, including claims and 8D processes
- Assist in organizing customer audits and visits, ensuring smooth communication and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, NPI, QE, Laboratory) to align quality standards across all product life stages

- Supervise daily CAM system operations and configuration management to ensure programs run smoothly
- Monitor server and workstation performance to keep software and hardware up to date
- Ensure software programs communicate seamlessly on one platform

- Develop, optimize, and characterize manufacturing processes in your area of expertise (e.g., lithography, mechanical, plating, backend).
- Specify and qualify new equipment and tooling, including supplier evaluation.
- Ensure process stability through statistical process control (SPC).
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues in daily operations.
- Support new product introduction and technology ramp-up.

- Collaborate with regional Sales/AE teams to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions
- Identify and communicate emerging technical trends and needs, guiding regional teams to address them and contribute to AT&S’s technology roadmap
- Support technical exchanges, feasibility checks, plant allocation, and cost-saving initiatives to ensure efficient project execution
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials to enable knowledge sharing and customer engagement
- Provide go-to-market technology documentation and best-in-class technical support to strengthen customer relationships and position AT&S as a technology leader
- Act as a center of expert for application engineering, ensuring maximum ROI for established technologies and supporting strategic initiatives.
