- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customer and coordinate all customer relevant activities within AT&S
- Profit & revenue-responsibility for defined accounts incl. review of budget vs. actual
- Contract review, pricing and price review in accordance with internal guidelines
- Optimize accounts in terms of products, growth, price, technology, service & quality
- Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business

- Optimize processes for stability, efficiency, and scalability
- Drive innovation by collecting improvement ideas and fostering a proactive environment
- Support equipment ramp-up including layout planning, procurement, and validation

- Standardize processes and qualify new materials and technologies
- Maintain technical oversight and align operations with strategic objectives
