- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Planung und Vorbereitung sämtlicher Instandhaltungsarbeiten mit einem Planungshorizont von 6–12 Monaten.
- Du steuerst und terminierst Wartungsaufträge unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Qualitätsanforderungen, um eine sichere und vollständige Ausführung zu gewährleisten.
- Bei der Wartungsplanung berücksichtigst du Stillstandzeiten und Anlagenverfügbarkeit.
- Du implementierst und entwickelst das neue Maintenance-System (z. B. IBM Maximo) weiter und stellst sicher, dass alle Wartungsmaßnahmen effizient, sicher und termingerecht über das ERP-System abgebildet werden.
- Du prüfst und priorisierst eingehende Arbeitsanforderungen (Tags) und bereitest Wartungsaufträge hinsichtlich Umfang, Aufgaben, Ressourcen, Materialien und Werkzeugen vor.
- Du verwaltest Aufgabenlisten und Werkzeuge und forderst benötigte Materialien gemäß Lager- und Beschaffungsprozessen an.
- Du arbeitest eng im Planungsteam mit dem Spare Part Coordinator und dem Storekeeper zusammen und stimmst dich mit dem Wartungsteam sowie mit internen und externen Stakeholdern ab – insbesondere mit Planern aus anderen Brauereien und externen Lieferant*innen.
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Planung von Wartungsmaßnahmen sowie bei der Budgetierung präventiver Wartung auf Anlagenebene.
- Du pflegst und aktualisierst die Daten im Computerized Maintenance Management System (MMS) (z. B. IBM Maximo) und planst Wartungsaufträge mit Fokus auf maximale Plan-Effizienz und eine zuverlässige Datenbasis.
- Du förderst aktiv die Umsetzung von Total Productive Management (TPM) und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesse (KVP).
