Your tasks
- Büro-/Verwaltungs- und Organisationstätigkeiten in unterschiedlichen Abteilungen unseres Industrieunternehmens
- Administrative Tätigkeiten im Bereich Office Management
- Koordination und Verwaltung von Terminen sowie Organisation von Besprechungen und Meetings
- Verantwortung für kaufmännische Prozesse
- Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Abteilungen innerhalb der Organisation (z.B.: Einkauf, Logistik, Marketing & Vertrieb)
- Erstellung von Unterlagen wie beispielsweise Dokumentationen, Auswertungen und Statistiken
- Kommunikation intern und extern

- Sehr gutes Zeugnis
