- strategische Positionierung von Branchenthemen durch koordinierte Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung wirtschaftlicher Rahmenbedingungen

Your Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate international contracts (especially in Purchasing, Sales, and R&D) to optimize contractual frameworks and minimize legal and financial risks
- Set up, maintain, and continuously improve contract templates to safeguard company interests and limit liability
- Support the implementation and administration of contract lifecycle management (CLM) and other legal tech tools (e.g., e-signature solutions)
- Create and provide trainings on legal topics and the usage of legal tech tools to enhance internal legal understanding and contract handling
- Contribute to continuous improvements of CLM and related business processes
- Support internal stakeholders, including the Head of Legal and other departments, in international and local projects
- Provide general legal advice on corporate, commercial, and related matters to management and staff and support in handling of insurance claims

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Verfassen einer Dissertation an der Universität Graz im Bereich des Bürgerlichen Rechts
- Mitwirkung an Forschungsvorhaben von Prof. Melcher, insbesondere im Bereich des österreichischen und europäischen Schuld- und Familienrechts sowie des Internationalen Privatrechts
- Abhaltung von und Mitwirkung an Lehrveranstaltungen
- Mitarbeit bei Prüfungen und Unterstützung bei der Studierendenbetreuung
- Mitarbeit an Organisations- und Verwaltungsaufgaben sowie an Evaluierungsmaßnahmen

Your Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, drafting, and filing of patent applications to ensure accurate protection of innovations
- Monitor and manage IP deadlines to guarantee timely submissions and compliance with global regulations
- Maintain and further develop the trademark portfolio in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Support the development and negotiation of IP-related clauses in contracts to ensure strong IP protection
- Support patent prosecution activities, including responses to office actions and IP-related disputes
- Ensure adherence to internal IP processes through active coordination and documentation management
- Conduct prior art searches and support patentability assessments for new technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to guide proper IP documentation throughout the innovation lifecycle
