Ihre Aufgaben:
- Eigenständige Erstellung, Kalkulation und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten sowie ganzheitliche Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen
- Proaktive Überwachung von Lieferterminen in enger Abstimmung mit internen Fachabteilungen und Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Auftragsabwicklung
- Unterstützung und Mitgestaltung organisatorischer Vertriebsprozesse sowie laufende Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Kundenstammdaten und Vertriebsunterlagen
- Aktive Teilnahme an nationalen und internationalen Fachmessen inkl. Unterstützung bei Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Messeauftritten
- Umfassende Betreuung und nachhaltige Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie eigenständige Übernahme, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Kundenprojekten

- Du befindest dich in einem aktiven, laufendem Studium im Bereich Marketing/Sales bzw. verwandten Bereich.
- Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrungen im Marketing mit – idealerweise durch ein Praktikum oder eigene Projekte.
- Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse der Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) und in den MS Office-Anwendungen.
- Du bist eine motivierte und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten den Überblick.
- Du hast eine Leidenschaft für Lebensmittel und Kulinarik.

- Execute and support mechanical, thermal, and thermo mechanical finite element simulations based on established AT&S methods
- Build, update, and maintain simulation models according to internal guidelines, standards, and procedures
- Perform pre‑processing and post‑processing in multi‑physics simulation software
- Contribute to validation, quality‑oriented documentation, and continuous improvement of simulation methods and processes
- Identify improvement potential in simulation workflows, procedures, and development topics
- Collaborate in cross functional and international teams and promote best practices
- Develop understanding of material modeling, design, and process impacts on simulation results
- Support strategic and customer‑related projects in task definition, documentation, and coordination

- Lead internal work packages, projects, and project teams in line with the AT&S Innovation Process (e.g. Stage Gate Process)
- Plan, coordinate, and execute technical requirements and equipment within assigned work packages
- Represent AT&S towards internal and external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, partners, business units, and funding agencies
- Identify, plan, and drive customer-related product development projects
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and technical execution
- Monitor and screen new technologies, processes, and products relevant to R&D
- Support the protection and further development of intellectual property (IP)
- Motivate, coordinate, and support national and international project teams to ensure successful outcomes

- Support the implementation of customer-defined quality requirements in production
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation (e.g., Certificates of Conformance, inspection and reliability specs) and assist in customer approvals
- Coordinate internal reviews of customer specifications and facilitate issue resolution, including claims and 8D processes
- Assist in organizing customer audits and visits, ensuring smooth communication and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, NPI, QE, Laboratory) to align quality standards across all product life stages
